i wanna lose the fat from bulking and look more cut, so here is my cardio routine:

running on treadmill running 8 mph 2 minutes and fast walking 4 mph for 1 minutes for 20 minutes.
some days i do stairmaster lvl 12 fat burner plus for 20 minutes when my knees hurt from running, and i cardio around 4 to 5 times a week.

is this enough cardio to cut the fat with healthy diet?? or i have to run even faster??
 
HIIT is not about speed, it's about heart rate. Getting your HR up to 90% of your MHR and then letting it drop back down to 70%.

If you're doing it right, you should be crawling away from the machine for lack of strength.
