I been doing HIIT on the treadmill for 3 weeks now, just need to make sure im doing ok. im a 22 yr old, 5 foot 11, 75kg male, i need to get fitter and quicker but am mostly slim apart from the backside areas. i will get rid of that fat, i am determined. diet etc is all ok.
I either do
27 mins - 2 mins walk to warm up, then 1 min at 7mph, 30 secs at 10mph until the time is up, all at 1% incline
OR
22 mins - 2 mins walkin warm up, then 1 min at 7mph, 30 secs at 11mph etc etc.
My next goal is to move to do 30 mins with sprints of 11mph for 30 secs.
what do you think, is this ok or should i be looking to up it all??
