Is this good?

Ok my weekly plan is set that i hit weights every other day

thing is im trying to get cut also, and i have school , which makes it impossible to have more then 3 meals a day. but, i do have a little bit of time after each meal... so would it be worth hitting the bike 15-30 minutes after each meal to make sure i burnt most of it away while im at school almost not moving at all?

i mean like people say they do 30-1h cardio a day, but if i do that, later that same i day i felt like i did absolutly nothing
