I'm wondering if I'm doing enough strength through my different activities or if I need to add a day or two of strength training (it would likely just be body weight exercises at home). My current workout schedule:
Monday: yoga class
Tuesday: gymnastics class
Wednesday: day off
Thursday: gymnastics class
Friday: personal training
Saturday: 20-30 min. cardio
Sunday: 20-30 min. cardio
