Is this enough?

I'm wondering if I'm doing enough strength through my different activities or if I need to add a day or two of strength training (it would likely just be body weight exercises at home). My current workout schedule:
Monday: yoga class
Tuesday: gymnastics class
Wednesday: day off
Thursday: gymnastics class
Friday: personal training
Saturday: 20-30 min. cardio
Sunday: 20-30 min. cardio

I would definatly add some strength training in there, I assume that's what you would be doing in your personal training sessions? Maybe add in twenty minutes of body weight exercises on sunday? You can always split them up - like do cardio in the morning and then your strength exercises at night?

What kinds of body weight exercises are you doing? I do burpees, dips, chin ups, pull ups, push ups all with my body weight. Investing in some weights or even holding some heavy cans to do squats and lunges would also be a good idea.
