Is This Enough?

Hey, im new to this forum but ive been looking at it for a while but just had the courage to register. But i was wondering if taking a drink which promotes nitric oxide synthesis is any good for bulking i usually take 2-3 protien shakes a day but if this is good im willing to substitute 1 of the shakes for this drink. Here are the Supplement facts.

Folic Acid 400 mcg
Sodium 75 mg

Please leave any suggestions. I also do cardio by playing basketball about 30min every day is that bad ?
 
hmmmmmmm i dont know anything about nitric oxide, (that's NO2) right? i heard that is great for building big muscles though. what brand is it?
