Is this enough for weight loss?

Hi im 15 years old and i weight around 83 kilos and have been going to the Gym for a few months and am moderatly happy with my 5 kilo weight loss. I was wondering if i have been doing enough gym work. ill list my routine:
-40min tredmill walking and jogging (depends how tired i am) Around 5.5-6.0 Km
-10 bike moderate pace with good resistence, around 3.15 Km
-5 min rowing around 1000 metres
Any tips on what to add or change and any help on if this is enough for weight loss.

Thanks for any help

It`s fine just continue, don`t rush it. Also smaller you food portion sizes, just by a bit and see what happens!

Absolutely agree with Terii. Continue in the same style and do not rush. :) Eat healthy food: vegetables, diary products and so on. And the most important: BE HAPPY!!!!! You will reach you goals :)

That's alot of exercise, since I have two jobs I don't have that kind of time, I've worked my way up to 25 mins of cardio in the morning and 25 more in the evening, hoping to get up to 30 min in the next week, Is that enough??? Since I didn't loose any weight in the past two weeks, I don't have any weights at the house or money to buy any, and don't have the time nor can I afford to go to the gym.

What else can I do???

I know this is contraversial subject and statement, so go easy on me, I am only saying what my own experience has been. I have lost 81.5 lbs in less then 6 months ONLY by changing my diet. I havent exercised at all, except for my job, that isnt very physical (salesclerk in a petshop). The thing I do is to make my digestion do all the "cardio" work. I do that by eating at least 25 -35 oz (600-1000 grams) of vegetables every day, plus 4 fruits, 10 oz (290 grams) of meat/fish, dairy products 8-17 oz (250-500 grams) the amount depends on the amount of fat in them, 2 slices of bread and 0.7 oz (20 grams) of fats and oils. I drink plenty of water with this, and max average bottle of diet-soda pr. day. The only thing I avoid is anything with sugar in it, because it slows the metabolism down. By eating so much of low-calorie food, my metabolism gets into the highest gear and thats why I have been able to lose weight w/o workout. It is not only me that is losing weight doing this, this food-plan is very popular in Iceland, as in other scandinavian countries. If people mention that I have obviously lost a lot of weight, then they also say that their friend/aunt/cousin etc. has lost this and this much lbs, and the numbers I hear about are really incouraging. I admit that NO ONE is losing as fast as me, not even the men. The average weightloss for people on this food-plan is 1-3 or more lbs every week, if they follow the plan.
ps. I am not promoting this plan, only saying it has worked for me and many others. Besides it is only an organization with weigh-in meetings (similar to WW). They are not selling any pills, powders, shakes or any of that stuff. They are just promoting a food-plan that includes very balanced and healthy nutrition, that actually makes you lose weight and makes you much more healthier. Just check my before and after 75 lbs pics, I think they say much more then any words:

I would integrate some weight training into your routine. The more muscles you build, the more calories you burn.

I don't believe you have to avoid eating any food groups, but cutting the portion size surely helps. Instead of eating 3 meals a day, try spread them out into 4-5 smaller meals. If pop soda is in your diet, I would definitely cut that out.

You are definitely heading in the right direction! Congratulations on the progress!

A 400 lb person who is 32 can be pretty liberal with their weight loss plan and still lose weight. That being said, a large portion of your diet is sugar. However, that's not necessarily bad, because sugar by no means lowers your metabolism.
