Thanks

It all depends on what your goals are and how it fits in with the rest of your calories and macro nutrients you eat on a daily basis. What are your stats ad what are you trying to achieve?

Im not really trying to acheive anything, just wanting to maintain my 10st7lbs (19yrOld, 5'9 approx).

I work at McDonalds, and that seems the healthiest option for food item I like for my break, but if it is very high in fat content then I will start taking my own sandwiches.

Other meals include corn flakes or weetabix or shreddies, whilst evenin meal includings pasta's ect, tin potatoes with beans and fish fingers (high carb foods)

we can't possibly say if it's better for you to eat something else instead of this sandwich unless we know what else you are eating on an average day and in what quantities.

it could be "bad" if
(a) you already have lots of fat in your diet
(b) already have lots of calories in your diet

things like that.

16g of fat might be a lot for a sandwich but if it's your main fat source for the day then it's not a lot. it's all about what the rest of your diet is, which from the sounds of it is pretty bad, so maybe that sandwich should be the least of your worries.

is all you eat
1. weetabix - breakfast
2. sandwich - lunch
3. pasta's, tin potatoes with beans and fish fingers (dear god!) - dinner
and nothing else?

try logging your food on fitday.com and find out how many calories you are eating on an average day and what percentages of those are carbs, protein and fat. that's where i would start.
