Is this a healthy meal...

I will cut up 2 Turkey Franks, mix in 2 scrambled eggs and use Canola Oil to cook.

1 Frank is 120 calories
1 scrambled egg is approx 100 calories

The franks plus the scrambled eggs are around 440 calories plus the oil. Does this sound healthy enough? I'm on a 600 cal deficit and trying to lose those last 10 pounds.

The turkey frank's really kill the "healthy" factor, almost 600g of sodium in one frank. Nothing wrong with canola oil and eggs though, if you could replace the turkey frank's it would be fine. But it all comes down to calories in the end.

You might be better served working in some deli turkey, or baked turkey or chicken breast instead of franks (granted it takes a little more prep). Also, you're shorting yourself on micronutrients. You need to mix it up with some veggies like brocolli or carrots.

Granted if you're low carbing it, I can see why you'd be trying to leave those out, but I still recommend finding room in your diet for that kind of stuff.

Aw man, I was already looking forward to having that dish. I guess i'll have to replace the franks with something healthier.

Thanks
