Is this a good workout routine?

I'm 14, about to turn 15.

I've never really worked out, but I wanted to start. I want to focus on my upper body, so I have this workout routine.

Right arm, hammer curls, 10 reps, 2 sets, 60 seconds between sets
Left arm, hammer curls, 10 reps, 2 sets, 60 seconds between sets
Tricep dips, 8 reps, 3 sets, 60 seconds between sets
push ups, 8 reps, 3 sets, 60 seconds between sets.

I was wondering is this a good routine, should I make it more intense, etc. I'll be doing it every other day. Remember, I just started. Any tips?

The day where I don't do this routine, I'll work on cardio exercise, such as a treadmill and stationary bike. I also wanted to work on my abs. Anyone have any good excercises for the abs?

Could I start to see results in 8 weeks or less? All help is appreciated.
