Is this a good routine?

yeah, body weight. I'm not sure if it was 170, maybe 150, but still thats pretty good. But thats beside the point. Is this a good routine? I tried it out today and monday vand i liked it both days so im pretty sure im gonna stick with it.

It looks like a good routine, so you should probably stick with it.:)
 
how much cardio should i do and when? I usually just run a mile or so before i lift. is that okay or should i do it after?
 
do cardio on days you are not lifting. doing it before will tire yourself for lifting, doing it after, the lifting will tire you for cardio.
