is this a good exercise program and balanced diet ?

Ok guys I'm 16 years old , 173cm tall and weigh 123 pounds . I am very active and want to lose a tiny little bit of fat around my stomach area . my diet consists of :
Breakfast : 6 weetbix + lite milk (400 cals)
Morninf tea : apple
Lunch : chicken cheese and lettuce sandwich
Snack : banana
snack 2 : small custard (low sugar)
tea: usually veggies , chicken or pasta

My exercise program consists of
Monday morning - cardio (1 hour)
Mondau afternoon - tennis (2 hours)
tuesday morning - tennis (1 hour)
Tuesday afternoon - Brazilian jiu jutsu (1 hour)
Wednesday morning - Toning (1 hour)
Wednesday afternoon - cricket
Thursday morning - swimming
Thursday afternoon - tennis (2 hours)
Friday morning - toning (1 hour )
friday afternoon - swimming (1 hour)

If I keep continuing like this will I achieve my goal of a flat stomach . do you have any suggestions for my diet ? do I need more fruit and meat ? should I have a protein shake ? would doing daily abdominal exercises help me with a flat stomach . any other suggestions at all ?
