I love grilling salmon, but someone told me that it wasn't the best food to eat healthy. I thought all fish is pretty much healthy. I also love tuna and can eat it 7 days a week
. And let me get this straight, I love chiken breast, lean beef, turkey, and fish. If I keep to those for main course I am doing good, right.
