Is there such thing as bad fish?

I love grilling salmon, but someone told me that it wasn't the best food to eat healthy. I thought all fish is pretty much healthy. I also love tuna and can eat it 7 days a week ;) . And let me get this straight, I love chiken breast, lean beef, turkey, and fish. If I keep to those for main course I am doing good, right.
Thanks in advance.

Also how do I put my weight and goal like some of you have below your post?
Like this, or do you put it in your profile somewhere?

Eat all the chicken breast, lean beef, turkey, and fish you want! (so long as they're not fried or cooked in fatty cream sauces, etc). I eat a serving of plain grilled chicken or canned tuna w/ every one of my 6 meals!

Salmon is an excellent choice for fish - however, don't eat Atlantic farm-raised. It's more expensive, but well worth it to get Alaskan Wild salmon.

If you go to UserCP at the top of the page, you can edit your signature - that's where you'd put your goals/info at the bottom of your posts.

dont go crazy on the tuna. And by crazy i mean like everyday.. it does contain mercury and too much of it could be a bad thing. But most places you read from it overemphasizes the risk and blah blah. Its ok to eat tuna often, but just try not to have tuna every day of the week.

Its good to switch it up anyways, so u don't get tired of it.

I eat fish every single day - I love fish!...

I have been recently trying out other types of fish that I had never tasted b4 just to give a little more flavour choices.
I tried red snapper for the first time yesterday - meaty textured to the white flesh, nice...
Ive just bought Swordfish for the first time (a friend said its delicious) I havent cooked it yet, so Ill let u know how tasty that is...
Marlin is another Ive been told is amazing.
Tinned pilchards in tomatoe sauce are extremely cheap yet very healthy and tasty.
Tuna I love too - I buy the one in olive oil (so as to get those mono-unsaturates at the same time), basically my diet contains nothing but: FISH, fruit & vegetables. when I do have bread its wholemeal with marmite. Thats it dude, enjoy! - thank goodness 4 fish!.

^yeah,
I started out shallow frying in olive oil for a while but obviously that wasnt too good, so now the only way I cook fish is wrapped in tin foil and oven baked or grilled (i dont have a steamer). deliscious.
