Is there help for flabby underarms?

I haven't been exercising, I'm getting older and noticing flabby underarms. If I lift one of my arms, the flesh and skin just hang and jiggle underneath. What exercises would be good to do and how long does it take to get a normal firm arm again.
 
I do tricep pushups. Basically you lay on your side, wrap your bottom arm up across your stomach so your hand is resting on your ribs. Your top arm reaches down and plants flat on the floor in front of your chest. Push yourself slowly up and down. It targets the area you are working on.

Also, doing plank position on your elbows and forearms (instead of with your arms extended) will target that area. Hope that helps!
 
Unfortunately spot reduction of body fat is a myth. You could do dips until the cows come home and only see small progressions. Unfortunately as we age the cellulose fibres that give our skin its elasticity break down causing a loss in "tone" the best thing that you can do is to continue with your training and healthy eating. Smoking, drinking etc is a great way lose skin elasticity.

Hope this helps slightly. Dont freak out too much you just need to keep going with what you are probably already doing.
