is there a way

to slim your knees? and streamline your knees, calves and ankles?

I don't have BIG legs, but I have always been self-conscious about my knees when wearing shorts and shorter dresses and what not. My best friend is getting married in a year and the bmaid dress hits me at a place where I feel like it makes my knees look big (I know...it's a strange insecurity, but I think we all have them).

Before I got married I was a gym nazi basically and wouldn't skip a work out. I ran a lot and really slimmed my hips and thighs and calves, but still always felt like my knees were the same....big and clunky...hehe.

Is this just something that is genetic and I have to get over, or is there some exercise I can do to help. Just wondering!

Its genetic. you cannot spot reduce, especially the knees.

although if you increased the muscularity in your quads and hamstrings it might make your knees seem more proportional. maybe your calves are too small too?
