Is that too quick?

I'm losing about 4-6 pounds a week (I lost already about 100 since January) with diet and 2-3h/day exercise. Will it have any negative side effects (except I have loose skin now :drooling: )?
 
It sounds a little on the high side, but if you were starting at a large weight, it's not that off!

P.S GREAT Work, keep it up.
