I'm about 15-20% bf percentage and would like to start carb cycling. Ive recently lost about 30kg with a relatively high carb high protein diet and resistance training, and I want to vary my diet in an attempt to restart fat loss.
Do you think that apprx 17% bf is too high to start carb cycling. I have planned it with a high carb day (approx 220g), low carb day (apprx 160g) and a no carb day (0 g). Im 23 years old, 190cm tall, and 220lb. My cycling looks like this
