Is It Wrong Or Normal

alright quick question....i know that some people may feel sore for hours after a full body work out....and I know others that might feel sore in the morning after the workout...or just a few that will feel a little soreness only for 20 minutes after their workout. Me....i feel the soreness and tiring during the workout...and usually up to 30 minutes after, than it kinda goes away. Is that alright
 
Sore

Being sore is perfectly normal and is the proof that you have had a boof workout. As long as you are only sore, and not in pain, then the more, the better.
 
its quite normal, arguably favorable, to 'feel the burn' during your workouts. thats the blood and lactic acid and what not flowing through the muscles, pumping them up.

it does often last up to a couple hours depending on the individual.

as long as you don't hurt the next day...just minor aches and stiffness, you're doing good.
