i'm sure its possible but it would be mostly water and probably muscle. not healthy at all and will probably screw up your metabolism for a long time. :(
 
I have seen a lot of people drop 10-20 pounds in a couple of weeks on a highly restrictive diet like the Atkins diet. The trick of course is to keep it off!
 
I don't know what I would answer to this.... I mean if your in such a rush to lose weight... why didn't you plan ahead? Like Abear said....you probably wouldn't lose much fat, more likely muscle mass and water. Weight loss shouldn't matter weight means nothing. Body composition does.
