Ive been on this diet where i have a calories deficit 5-6 days of the week and a calories increase 1-2 days of the week. I am performing cardio 5-6 days of the week, and weight training 3-4 days. I have been on this routine for a week, and so far now adjustment in weight, but it seems like im getting stronger . someone please give me advice !
