Hi everyone. I am 23 y/o male, 5'7 - 5'8, and I weight about 118 lbs.(down from 126 lbs.) I run 3-4 times a week and practice martial arts about 2-3 as well. I have a pretty healthy diet and recently cut out a lot of meat and processed foods(lifestyle choice). The only thing now is that I seem to be losing weight that I don't want to lose. I usually eat 4-6 small to medium sized meals a day and drink lots of water.
I was wondering if I should be concerned about my size and if there's anything I should do to ensure that I am as healthy as possible.
