Hi guys, I just have a bit fat on my belt and lower abs. I get bored for this fats. Because of this, I have been trying to burn this fats by morning jogging of being hungry during 20-30 min. But I have just increased my intake calorie to gain muscle. Well, Can i get ride of fats on belt and lower abs by doing so? İf not, How can i do ?
