I need to shape up by the end of August and if I was to be honest I would love the body of Eva Mendes/Nicole Scherzinger. Is it possible to redesign your body through exercise to get the shape you want?
I amd 5"2, where my heaviest weight was near 140 pounds and my lightest around 119 pounds. Currently I think I'm weighing in around 128 pounds.
I used to be a frequent gym bunny and find that my body looks quite stocky, which doesn't help being short. I have really muscly calves (from years of ballet I think), which I don't necessarily mind although I'd like them smaller. I'm definitely of the 'curvy' type, being busty and with a bum! If you were to want to get thinner rather than bulk up on muscle would you have to do more cardio than weight exercises to help lost fat and muscle tone, as well as being on a restrictive diet? Not sure if that's a myth
I have recently tried Tracy Anderson's method but am not sure whether it's just a fad and should stick to traditional gym workouts.
Please help! I'd love a completely washboard stomach and thinner legs.
