Recently I been tryin to improve my endurance by running after each work out ses. Is this good or bad in building....

You should run before your weight-lifting workouts, not after. Because your glycogen stores are going to be severely taxed, you may well nullify the gains you've made under the iron.

When you lift weights, your body needs a lot of energy (glucose, which is taken from the glycogen stores). When you go through that, which isn't difficult especially if your pre-workout nutrition is lacking, your body will start chewing up both fat and muscle for energy.

I've actually heard the exact oppisite. Running after workout.. if i can find where i read this then i'll post the article.

Edit: yeah i definatley cannot find it.. but I suggest looking more into it anyway, dont take what i'm saying as absolute fact, but also don't take what he is saying as absolute fact either.
Edit2: Not the article i looked at but...
