Is food more important than exercise?

yes, diet is more important, there is only so much time you can spend doing physical activity, over training often leads to injury. There needs to be a balance between the two but for those who are physically unable to exercise weight loss can be achieved solely through diet.
 
Yes! It's all 80% nutrition 20% exercise. You have to 1. Feed your muscle, even if you're not working out, because if not, your body will eat away at it and you want to support your muscle because muscle burns fat and protects your bones! 2. You want to feed your metabolism, this is what will keep the weight off.
