Is eating rice (small servings) 2 times a day...

Bad?, I have heard that rice is generally not healthy? should I lay-off from my normal 2 servings or completely lay off of it...which will be close to impossible lmfao

small servings of BROWN rice is actually very good for you. Its a good starchy carb. When i eat it i eat it early in the day to use for energy. Don't go overboard yeah, but good for you indeed.

White rice is the processed version of brown rice. Although it’s still technically a starchy complex carbohydrate, the white rice burns faster and has been stripped of much of its nutritional value. When you’re on a very strict fat loss diet, stick with the slow-cooking brown rice for best results.

dont carbs at night put on weight? I mean excess carbs that is. But what about breakfast, don't you have carbs then?

From the things i have read the rule of thumb is strachy carbs (rice, bread, potatoes) early in the day and fiberous carbs (veggies) at night. Thats how i have been doing it anyway. I stop my starch on my 3rd meal.
