Okay so i was thinking about doing a 5 mile run everyday.. If I do a 5 mile run everyday and im 16 and 150 pounds.. how much weight do you think i would loose in 20 days?
Have you been a runner before, or is this new for you? 20 days really isn't enough time to see significant changes... exercise is something that you should incorporate into your daily & weekly routine, not just for a goal 20 days away. How much weight do you want to lose overall?
More info would be helpful, how tall are you, what are you eating, what is your activity level on an average day, what are you doing besides running, have you run in the past?
