Hey all. I dont post much, but have been reading the site for a while. Anyway ran across these a few weeks ago and they are simply awesome. Its a kind of pushup that works your wrist stability quite a lot.

The last set of pictures shows Isidro Archibeque using knives to do pushups at angles. While I have tried this, and it is cool to watch, it is MUCH safer to use a set of 6-8inch dowels on a non-slick (ie NOT linoleum. My chin still hurts from that) surface. How to easily (and affordably) make the Iron Crosses- about halfway down the page:
I would highly recommend looking at some of the other physical training parts of both websites (Im sure if I recommended that people look at the martial arts part of the Iron Crane that there is atleast one board regular who would try to debunk it as useless and I personally have no opinion on it.)
Note: if you have trouble doing normal pushups, dont even touch this stuff. Other than that, have fun!
