Introduction, from Houston, TX

Hi. I'm turning 30 next week and I've been working out about 5-6 days a week for almost 10 years now. Before that I worked out less. I probably hit a plateau a few years ago, and I have been basically been working out without any "progress" for the last few years, but I looooove working out more than anything.

My diet is poor and I realize that I need to start eating better.

Right now I'm inefficient.

Thanks for having this forum.

Oh yeah, I am reading 4 hour body... that's how I heard about this place.
