Hey everyone,

This is the first time that i've ever done anything like this and i'm really excited/ nervous...i just turned 20years old and was looking through my more candid pictures and noticed a little poundage. weight has always been a lil bit of an issue for me from when i was younger. when i hit my junior high of highschool i joined the track team and all the weight just dissapered. after highschool i didnt have anything like track and thought if i just watch what i eat i'll be ok....this lasted for about a week and slowly since i've been putting back on the weight. It wasnt anything sudden but its definatley there. So today I've decided to do something about it. I need to start working out but in a way that i can keep up with it for the future. I dont really want anyone around me knowing about my little quest because i dont want to hear all the "your not fat, you dont need to diet". Its about just trying to be healthier. So im hoping to get some advice and support here that will help me stay on track. I really want to do this right and so Im planning on going all out with the planning. I'm going to look up some excercises and different plans so that i can find something to suit myself. i plan on starting it off just with a thirty min run/walk in the morning tomorrow and then hopefully have a set plan to put in motion. I'll let you know once i do ps. im sooo glad i found this sight :seeya:
