So, I decided to join this website to kinda push myself into finally getting into shape. I am 19 years old and 155 pounds . I am hoping to loose at least 25 pounds by the end of Aug ( is that possible?) and my permanent goal is to be 105-110 pounds. I have two problems when it comes to loosing weight, one is I have sever anemia ( iron deficiency ) which makes my heart work too hard when I start exercising and makes me very weak. For now I found for cardio doing the treadmill at a speed of about 3.0-3.5 makes me work but not enough for me to get too tired. Also I am an emotional eater I realized , I eat when I am upset , so I have to work on it. I would appriciate any one who can give me tips on how to get started( how to exercise, eat, etc) or anything else they might find helpful.
