Hello all, new member here. I've been reading the site for a while now and decided to finally create an account. The wealth of information i gathered here is incredible. For that i thank you all.
My main goal right now is to lose the remaining fat and bulk up from there. Started lifting about 3 months ago than decided to lose some weight first. All the nutrition posts and clean eating topics have really helped me out. I couldnt believe all the crap i was eating even if it was considered "healthy". Lots of ups and downs in my weight over the years. Lowest: 130 (starvation and drugs) , Highest 190 (Laziness). Now im in control of my weight @ 154. Control in that i choose to make it go up or down. Thats enough ranting on my part. Just wanted to say Hi.

I wish there were exercise's to make me taller.... Damn genetics.
