Intro

Hey everyone,
A little about me: I'm currently on a plan I designed, in my fourth month, long term goal being to cut body fat and gain a little muscle. Will start working out again in June when my shoulder is healed, but in the mean time I'm making changes to my diet to try to cut body fat.
I'm pretty familiar with most of the in's and out's of exercise and nutrition, so I'm looking to help answer questions as well as learning a little more myself. If anyone is interested in trying my plan there's a thread about it in the Weight Loss Programs section. I'd like to get a few other people to try it out to see how well it works for them. I've had great results myself, and it's been really easy to stick with. All the info is laid out in the post. It's called the 12 Month Body Plan. If you have questions or there's something you don't understand, post a reply or pm me.
Looking forward to sharing information with the other people here and helping each other out.

Thanks guys. There haven't been any visible changes yet, as I've expected, because I'm not focusing on calories right now. I've started drinking water when I get up and before every meal and cut out sweets, soda and fried foods. But the changes in energy levels have been amazing. I'm no longer gaining weight, and I suspect once I start working out again I'll see some pretty drastic changes.
