Hey guys,

I'm currently on a weight loss mission! I am going on holiday to China in 23 days and have 12 pounds I want to lose by then. The closer I can get the better! I have lost 8 pounds so far but have unfortunately stalled in the last 2 weeks as I have had a chest infection so havent been able to exercise. Back to the gym tonight, and lots of Pu-erh tea is passing through my system! strict calorie counting too! any more tips? I joined so I can help encourage other people and also to get some advice myself!
