hello everone. names kenny and im from md. im just really getting back into working out everday now.. i do the p90x work out's. i don;t have time or the money for a gym so thats what i have to work with. i been reading the little e-mails they send me and one was a tip's was to make fittness a way of life. not something you do because you have to. and not to look at working out as a punishment.. so im taking action to eat right and exercise. problem is im not so good at the eating right. and could use some help.. i use my blender to make what i think is healthy drinks with bluebarries,rasbaries, whey protein ex.... but i not sure if it the best way to go.. im not new to forums as i am on a few cars forums. this is my frist fitness forum. and could use any help. thankz for reading..
