EXERCISE does not harm or hurt your body. It is the way how you exercise your body. It will begin with your capacity of understanding and capability in responding.

Basic Steps of INTERVENTION means going to the “source” before the resource.

First Step in any progressive resistance exercise (PRE) workout routine is to remove the causes of unhealthy knowledge and replace them with healthy understanding.
What he or she knows about “lifting weights” is different from understanding how to use their body’s health with this method of exercise.

Second Step is providing explanation of inappropriate physical actions and present demonstration of appreciated movements and well-developed techniques.
When approaching and attempting any selected exercise using weight-resistance the human-body’s internal content and external framework is at a risk of injury.

Third Step is communication.
For many who begin a progressive resistance exercise workout bring a “dualistic health”- thinking or saying one thing and doing another or nothing at all.
How we receive and perceive information can determine how well we use our body’s health and physical-mechanics. Improper exercise techniques only come from “bad” body mechanics.



Fourth Step is transition which means sensually recognizing limitations and realizing possibilities.
To respond and not to react to your workouts is an inner-ability of developing good-health and right fitness.
The overall care of our very health and physical-wellbeing is in our hands. It is only our responsibility no one else’s
when living our lives.
The word “responsibility” means to have an ability to respond.

Our mental-interpretationto in reference to preventivie-information is the start of self-conditioning that can determine how we might "use" or physcially act with the information.
Self-Knowledge, Self-Teaching, Self-Conditioning can turn into "Self-Hypnosis" that turn-out ot radom-acts of no understanding.
We must first take what it is we are sharing and find or discover the "good-bad-wrong-right" so we can assure waht it is we share will be "user-friendly" and most of all healthy!
