I believe in this whole-heartedly. I've been doing it for about the last 25 years...yes, before there was a name for it, because it made me feel better, increased my energy, and never ever had a weight problem even though I eat much more than an average person. For those of you that don't know, intermediate fasting is an increased time restriction on when you can eat NOT on how much you can! Albeit there are a variety of versions of this diet. Whats yours? Benefits? Pitfalls of the diet?
