A while back I had torn my ACL completely and had to have surgery done on my knee. I'm an athlete who loves working out so of course I took this injury a little different and harder then my other ones. While waiting to have surgery and then the time it took where I could not do anything besides wait for it to heal, I had lost a lot of strength in my entire body. Hard headed like I am I kept going to the gym not to long after my surgery to do light upper body workouts that wouldn't cause me to bend my knee too much or use it at all.
I have a video I've made in hope that it would inspire people and allow them to understand to never give up... because I almost did several times along my recovery. The video contains clips ranging from 5-6 months after surgery.
