Hello all who may or may not find this interesting

I'm a current student and with the lack of sport and time restraints I havn't been able to keep my weight down like when I was a kid -_-.
I've lost weight before but I think I overdid it then to the point of exhaustion, hopefully I wont me so thoroughly enthusiatic about it this time! xD

I would like to aim to lose overall about 20kg (sorry sorry metric system ^^) over I dunno, the next few months or so. And hopefully this diary will help me keep on track, motivate me, be my output for when I bitch... ect ect

I'm still currently at a high point of studying atm, and it might not seem to be a great time to start (exaaaaaaaaaaams EXAAAAAAAMS DDDD:)But there is no time like the present! At least I can start off small if nothing else.

For the next two weeks my aims are to:

1. Cut down on sugary foods, mainly chocolate and Juice/fizzy, just drink water and milk instead.
2. 20 min or so jogging each morning
3. 20 pushups/situps each night

Overall I don't think my diet is particularly bad (apart from chocolate om nom nom) I just need to exercise more.

nothing much else to add, only what is this!? I don't even...:troll:
