INSANE russian squatting routine what do you think?

basically one of the craziest squatting routines iv ever seen.

some highlights of the insanity:

RUSSIANS LIST SETS AND REPS IN REVERSE SO 70%x5x8 IS ACTUALLY 8 SETS OF 5 NOT 5 SETS OF 8.

base cycle1:

see that? four sets of 3 with 95% of 1rm....is that even possible?!?!?!
with such a high load, i wonder if its even possible to do it. im trying it after 5x5...what do you guys think? legit? would you guys try this?
 
Sounds like it would be pretty hard to complete unless you had massive rest periods and had worked up to that intensity over a long period of time.
 
it starts with
2 week intro cycle
4 week base insane cycle
2 week plyometric(rest cycle/speed cycle)
4 week final insane cycle
1 week deload cycle
 
i know...but thinking about taking my 1RM, subtracting 5% from it, then repping it 3 times for FOUR sets><
sounds insane!!!
