I'm trying to lose inches on my inner thighs and abs. If i'm building muscle in my abs, is there the potential that my stomach will bulge out more because the muscle is over the fat? and the same with my legs. If I do lunges and squats and other leg exercise, will my thighs get bigger? (I'm a 20 yr old female, 120 lbs, 5'2"). also, any suggestions/exercises for how to lose inches on my inner and outer thighs? i do run/elliptical for about 30-40 min 4-5 times a week. thanks!!
