Inner Thigh Help!!!!!

:confused: I need to know some exercises that pinpoint mainly the inner thigh. I'm female so some easy ones to do at home would be great. I do also go to the gym so any machine that you can recommend would be good too. I don't want to build much muscle just tone and shape :confused: ..... Thanks
 
Girl! get yourself a stability ball(big ones you see at the gym to do abs) it's easy just put it between your thighs and squeez.(sit on the floor when you do this!) i got one not that long ago and i can really see a difference :D
 
pilates is great for it too gurrl, the dvds or vhs are quite cheap at video rental stores and such... or if u are computer savvy u can download stuff like that for free! :D
 
Well from what I understand ,..toning in areas with additional weight on doesnt really show the toning,...because the muscle is underneath the fat....not saying dont do it,...as muscle helps that metabolism burn,....once the weight is off though,...you are ahead of the game.

Also unfortunately we can not spot reduce....meaning you cant target an area where you want to loose weight from. The body will take the weight off where it wants to through regular excersize.

Work the whole body is what I say in your cardio and strength training!
