Inner Chest Workout

Hey all, I've been working out for quite some time now and have been gaining a lot of muscle mass on my chest but I can't seem to gain on my inner chest. My chest workouts include dumbbell flies, dumbbell presses, dumbbell pullovers for my serratus anterior muscles, and a variety of push-up styles. I quit going to the gym this month since I have to pay my student fees for University first so I am looking for something that I can do at home for now.

Theres no such thing as an "inner chest" or an "outer chest". Fibers are attatched to similar attatchment points and origins. Look at a string for example: When you pull it on both sides, is the tension equal throughout? Of course.

Yea, I know thats not what "Muscle & Fiction" magazines say.. but theres a lot of myths out there.

The shape of your chest will be determined by genetics. How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
