I pinched a nerve in my back and it has caused me to skip 2 weeks of training. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to heal it up as quickly as possible?
One question is between which disks does it hurt. If it is lower back around the lumbosacral joint I have heard that activity helps most. I have a problem between L5 &S1 (the lumbosacral joint) and light activity like tennis or inline skating helps. I lay off lifting anything with my back until the pain is gone.
