I've been hearing a lot about injectible vitamins and weight loss so I did a search online and came across Trim Nutrition which claims to offer various programs to loose weight with the assistance of injectible vitamins. Has anyone ever used their products of programs? I would love to hear your feedback before I decide to order something ill prepared. Or, for those of you who have tried injectibles comment on your experiences and whether or not it contributed to your weight loss?

Thanks,

walk away from the crap.

Weight loss = calories in vs calories out..not needle in vs needle out.

Sounds horrifying personally.

Stick with a multi vitamin plus regualr food for nutrients.

OMG, no no no no...

I'm not even gonna go into the fact that it just seems silly, so lets just look at this realsitically.

Forget about the fact that they are injectable. It is still just a vitamin, and vitamins do not help you to lose weight. The only times you hear claims like this are from the people trying to sell you the product. People buy this because the natural train of thought for most people is "vitamin=healthy and healthy=weight loss", but that just isn't true.

Not only should you not be taking injectable vitamins, you are much better off getting your vitamins from good old vegetables, not pills (unless your body has some extra need for one and it's recommended by a doctor).
