Initiate: Pump Exercises vs Growth

Hi Friends,

I Have a couple of questions. I'll be very specific first about my routine so you can have an Idea of how to enhance It.

I'm skinny and started for about 2 months with BodyPump with no great objectives, just to get along with my wife.

But with time I started liking the benefits I'm getting from It... in this period I managed to change my diet to a very much larger quantity of calories balance to keep up with the training... now I notice I'm getting some muscle growth through Pump exercise.

My Routine is 3 Days a Week Mon-Wed-Fri 1-Hour Long Pump Classes at night. I'm eating every 3 Hours at least something and I make a small recipe right after the training that I call "The Mud"... It has A LOT OF PROTEIN and some Fruits. Now to the Question:

Is there a way I can accelerate Muscle Growth while keeping Cardio Exercises at the Level I'm at? Cause i'm feeling really good with the Pump Training... but I want to increase muscle growth... Is It possible to drastically(and naturally) accelerate It throught Heavier Weight Exercises along with Pumping? How Often should I do my Heavy Weight Program without harming the benefits I'm currently Having... in all without harming my health? Can I do Heavier Exercises in the same day as the Pump exercises? Switch Weekdays for each type? How should I do It? Anything else besides the Training I should enhance? Any Tips?
