HI! all...am new here....OK not ur everyday request but...the deal is i have a kind of a scrawny butt...and am lokin forward to getting it better....loves labour :)...in any case..is there a way ....a healthy way to do it....with good results....without taking supplements...any exercises or any kind of a diet....weight training isnt an option for me..got no gym near my place...and no weights at my place.....
what makes it difficult is my fussy food habits...
I am a strict vegetarian..actually eggitarian...but dont fancy egg too much
cant stand milk on its own..allergic to cheese...curd..yogurrt.....cottage cheese
the only milk product i can stand is mayo....
and no meat of any sort...
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mayo is not a milk product, mayo is eggs and oil, whipped together.

You're basically screwed. You need to do squats and deadlifts to build the gluteal muscles, and you don't seem to want to do anything to achieve big glutes.

am ready to do any kind of an excercsie whihc i can do at my place.....my fussy food habits are due to screwd up physiology....not my fault...and me being a vegetarian is due to my religion....

you will need weights. 20lb dumbbells and up. squats, lunges, deadlifts.
Yeah, you're not going to make any gains unless you have weights. Join a gym or the local YMCA, or buy some.

hmm....how many reps and when can i expect the results

Squats...squats...and more squats :D Seriously though...if you have never worked out before squats or lunges using you own body weight is a good start. You may want to get a balance ball for your house too. There are quite a bit of exercises you can do with that for the butt....including wall squats :D

RoRoCo is right about starting with bodyweight, but that'll really only help for a few weeks...your body is used to it's own weight, and it'll quickly adjust to a light leg workout...and body weight stuff is more for toning.
20lb dumbells are good for lunges and deadlifts, but you'll eventually want closer to 35-40lbs for deadlifts, and probably even more for squats. Powerblocks are nice because they are compact...but are also wicked expensive when you have to throw down $300 all at once...normal dumbells you can buy a couple, and when you outgrow them, spend another $40 on bigger ones.

Spock is dead on with his reply - how much work you do with weights and diet is directly proportional to results. However I'd say you shouldn't expect noticable results for at least 6-8 weeks in terms of building up the glutes. Toning will be seen in 4 weeks probably.

Spock was a female....man I have to watch those movies again. There could be a whole new demension to them now.
:D Just kidding Spockafina :D

sorry spockafina, I should have recognized the feminine ending in your name.

and lenord nemoy would definitely be the ugliest woman to have ever walked the earth...
