In need of training regiment advice.

Hi everyone first time poster.

well im here simply for some advice concerning my daily workout regiment. to get it out of the way i dont go to the gym ive always found it to be a distraction, and working out at home has always worked better for my comfort wise.

anyways, my main available equipment is/are one 30lbs kettle bell, resistance band, 2 dumbbells with interchangeable weight, and a pull up bar(i do plan on buying a second 30lbs kettle bell in the near future). if it helps i follow a diet called the warriors diet.

so the low down is that ive followed this strict kettle bell workout for about 4 months now. incorporating push ups/pull ups/ and lately sit ups to the mix. once a week i do the 300 kettlebell challenge to up the intensity, but as of late ive felt that my body has caught up with my routine.

i would state the names of the exercises i do daily, but the names escape me. its basically basic kettle bell workouts everyday. now what im looking to incorporate is some muscle confusion, but ive always been somewhat aloof as to how can do this with what i have, and why im here asking for help. what can i do to ramp up my weekly routine, and really throw my muscles into chaos (in a good way)?

any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

pick up a barbell and weights. you can start squating, deadlifting, power cleans, over head press, snatch.....a lot of the same movments as a KB But different and you can change the weight and do light sets or heavy sets and still use the KBs.
