In need of some advice...

Hi everyone, I'm Chris. I know this belongs in the new member category, but I wanted to get a response so please bear with me. I turned 21 two days ago, and im looking to put my life on the right track again. A little history... I was a martial arts instructor for 4 years until I was 19. Before that I trained since I was 9. I have since then stopped working out and picked up smoking cigarettes. (bad idea). I just picked up a perscription for Chantix to quit smoking, which I WILL do. I am 5'9 140 lbs. I have little muscle, but nearly no fat. My stamina is weak. I want to turn that all around, and I'd love all your help. If you could please suggest work out regimes/ nutritional advice I would be forever in your debt. I want to take control of my life.

What type of exercises did you do when you trained with martial arts?

Do you have any fitness goals other than to increase stamina?
