in need of help

ok im 14 years old 5'3 and am currently curling about 75 pounds and doin 20 push ups and 20 sit ups in 3 sets and football season is comin around the corner and i need to get a good exercise routine!!! i have a treadmill also! i also need help when it comes to eating habbits! can someone please help me thank you!!!

For you, I highly recommend the program I mentioned in the above thread, "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe. It's the exact sort of training footballers need to be good at.

As your football training picks up, you'll need to drop the frequency of strength training to just 2x/week, most likely. You'll still benefit from training the same way as is recommended in SS, just with 1 less session per week (so that you can run in football, rather than being barely able to walk).
