in need of advice..

Hey:

First of all, im new to the site (still getting the hang of it). Im 22, 152 pounds,(give or take a few), 5'11. Here's my problem, about 5 years ago, i lost around 65 pounds, the first 25 or so, i lost in a not so healthy way (crash dieting), and it took me aorund 2 months. After that i started a diet, and lost the remaining pounds in less than a year. I did not emphzise in muscle building, and to be honest, the belly area kind of sagged a bit. Last time i checked i only had about 7% body fat, so thats not the problem, my question is, how can i tone up (specially the area of the stomach) (actually in general)in an agresive and efective way? Im open to suggestions, i'm, really determined to stick to a routine, but i want an agresive routine, altough im skinny, im not at all happy with my body. I dont want to be a California Goberner wannabe, i just want to be, look, and feel healthy. Im a heavy smoker, trying to reduce that as we speak. I havent treated my body with a lot of respect in the past few years, but im mending that one thing at a time.

Id apreciate any info. I have a meeting with a trainer later in the week, but last year i joined a Gym, and i did not stick to the routine, and the trainer wasent all that peppy when it came to the ab region. he said that it was hard and nearly impossible, and people, i mean there has to be a way to correct it, that does not involve a minny tummy tuck???? Right??? Any advice, is more than welcome, but id like something radical (im talking about a 2-3hour, 6 day routine if necesary). I want to take care of this ASAP!

P.S. English is my second language, i dont get enough practice, so excuse the horrors you might see in my writing.
